All items on the website are ready to ship. Shipping will occur within a 7 day time frame from the date of payment. Most jewelry will ship within the 24 hours of purchase.

My jewelry is shipped via USPS. Please note that due to the current changes in the USPS, some shipments may be delayed beyond my control. If you have questions about your shipment, please email me at WolfMthrJewelry@gmail.com.

I will gladly repair free of charge anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail. You pay shipping back and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.

Because each of piece of jewelry is made in small batches by hand in this one-woman-shop, I currently do not offer refunds on my jewelry. If you have concern or problem with any piece of jewelry, please reach out to me at WolfMthrJewelry@gmail.com and I will try my best to work with you on a solution.
